This is an 8- to 12-month contract role that offers fresh graduates the opportunity to build essential workplace skills through structured training and real-world experience.
Was wir erwarten
- Malaysian Citizen
- Fresh graduates or those who graduated within past 2 years
- Bachelor’s degree of related field with minimum 3.0 CGPA
- Have not attended similar program offered by other GLC’s
- Unemployed or under-employed in non-relevant areas of graduate’s qualifications

Stellenbeschreibung
- Assist the department with daily operational tasks and administrative support
- Participate in assigned projects, team meetings, and departmental initiatives
- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain holistic business exposure
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Attend all training modules, workshops, and mentorship sessions provided
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor (Assignments will be aligned with the individual's interests and the specific projects identified by the respective functions)
