In the dynamic and fast pace world of Dairy Commodities, the Manager Sales Support is the linking pin between the commercial team and the execution of our business. This diverse role consist of managing a team of six Trade Support Officers, but also includes the responsibility for the demand planning related to our Sourcing and Sales activities.
Was wir erwarten
- HBO working and thinking level (eg Commercial Economics);
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a position within the commercial field, specifically in B2B sales or demand planning;
- You are a real team player, but also an independent and proactive worker;
- You are strong in communication and give solicited and unsolicited advice with the aim of improving together;
- You are ambitious and you have a strong drive to grow on a personal and professional level;
- Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems (including SAP / BW) and Excel;
- Knowledge and experience with OTC and Supply Chain is a plus;
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal, proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Stellenbeschreibung
At FrieslandCampina Trading and within the Butter Milk Powder & Liquids team, we don’t only take care of the sales of FrieslandCampina's commodity Milk Powder, Butter and Liquids products, but are also sourcing Dairy Raw Materials from across the World to supply our factories overseas (Asia/Africa). We manage day-to-day challenges with a strong focus on stakeholder management in a complex field of interest and the operational process flow.
Key responsibilities consist of:
- End-to-end management (recruit, develop, succession planning and coach) of a team of 6 Trade Support Officers
- Consolidate demand plans for Butter, Milk Powder and Liquids sales into S&OP demand plans
- Demand planning for Dairy Sourcing, consolidating demand from OPCO’s, ensure volumes are sourced from the right approved suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement of the forecast accuracy
- Coordinate activities related to the constraining and allocation process
- First point of contact for commercial organization
- Establish and optimize team processes to balance dynamic business priorities
- Leads & participate in multi-disciplinary projects.
