Employee Branding Partner (SSC)

As Employer Branding Partner you will be responsible for employer branding campaigns in your respective region. The EB Partner will translate the business needs into a strategy, organize and join events and local activities of EB and local landing pages in line with Global Employee Value Proposition/Employer Branding.

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of work experience dealing with EB activities
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding, content creation, campaigning,
  • Experience with the most used social channels and job boards
  • Experience in working across cultures and with different geographies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Data driven mindset
  • Stakeholder management skills

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Responsible for regional and local employer branding campaigns (with main focus on Hungary, Romania, Belgium and the UK)
  • Translating and customizing EB tools/strategy to meet local talent needs/challenges
  • Ensuring relevant regional EB strategy is in place
  • Local job board management and ensuring local activation across touchpoints.
  • Manage local pages (i.e. local career site, landing pages) for respective region
  • Close collaboration with Regional Talent Acquisition leads to ensure EB strategy supports recruitment workload, volume and roles in the region
