Farm Account Manager
Driving strong long-term relationships and collaborations with milk suppliers by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with suppliers, driving farm improvement plans and voicing the needs of the suppliers internally.

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Must be willing to travel frequently
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing relationships with strategic suppliers and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to organizational objectives
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and conditions with suppliers while assuring to create win-win situations that enhance both the organization's and the supplier's interests
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align supplier relationships with overall business goals.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that optimize the performance of key suppliers.
- Knowledge of the supplier landscape and industry benchmarks to make informed decisions and identify potential opportunities or risks regarding the supplier base

- Support farm improvement plans in a multi-variable stakeholder landscape (Agro partners, governmental agencies, research institutes, experts and others)
- Drive farm productivity & performance targets on milk quantity, quality, costs & sustainability based on integral business thinking
- Bridge the supplier needs with business needs
