Associate Authorizations Specialist
Within the Enterprise Data & Authorizations team we are looking for an ambitious Associate Authorizations Specialist. The Authorization Competence Center will receive, collect, guide and process end-user requests with respect to system authorizations and will translate these into acceptable user authorization setup across the FrieslandCampina core systems. Leading into valid, sustainable and controlled access management which is auditable.
Was wir erwarten
- Bachelor/Master+ work/think level (Business, Accounting, Computer Science) with experience in SAP Security / Authorizations within a mid-size to large corporate environment(s),
- Candidate with experiences in Internal Audit, External Audit or Risk Management are encouraged to apply;
- 4+ years proven experience with Solid knowledge of Enterprise Application Systems (ERP) e.g. SAP or Oracle;
- Extensive experience in SAP GRC, Experience in governance, risk and internal controls, IT audit, SOX and system implementation and maintenance;
- Clear experience with security concepts and User/Role administration across all SAP products is strongly preferred;
- Work closely with other team members, locally and globally, proactively sharing expertise to improve and ensure team success;
- Office based administrative experience with regular complex & convincing contact between various departments;
- Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes;
- Multi/cross-functional working

- Processing user request * Running periodic SoD reports
- Housekeeping, e.g. user account cleanup, removing obsolete access
- Single point of Contact (SPOC) to the business for authorization related questions

The Authorization Competence Center is a small team of authorization specialists providing access and solving authorization related problems on a daily basis and on a global scale. The team is based in Amersfoort, communication is mostly in English.
