FrieslandCampina Iberia, is looking for a technically skilled professional with an intermediate-level background in software development and IT systems, based in our factory in La Muela, Zaragoza. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in programming and technical support, and be comfortable switching between development tasks, application maintenance, and solution implementation.
With this role, you will be part of the IT/OT Team and you will take part in the development and enhancement of applications, incident resolution, support ticket handling, small project coordination, and continuous improvement of technical environments and processes.

Studies:
- Higher Vocational Training in Multiplatform Application Development (DAM) or Web Application Development (DAW).
- Highly valued: Higher Vocational Training in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) or University degree in Computer Engineering or a related fields.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar technical role, with sufficient autonomy to manage daily technical tasks.Knowledge of .NET / C# development.
- Understanding of databases, including querying and basic maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of server management and technical environments.
- Experience or familiarity with support ticket management for users or clients.
- Experience in corrective and evolutionary application maintenance is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents.
- Strong organizational and priorization skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Ability to balance development and support activities in daily work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Handle and follow up on support tickets.
- Analyze errors and propose effective solutions.
- Manage and oversee small projects or implementation tasks.
- Provide technical support in databases, servers, and application environments.
- Collaborate with other departments or external providers when needed.
