Manager Sales Transformation
The Manager of Sales Transformation supports the execution of retail transformation initiatives and drives consistent deployment of execution excellence programs at market level. This role shadows Head of Retail Transformation & Execution Excellence role and plays a key part in Execution, hands-on implementation and coordination role for RTM initiatives, sales compliance processes, and in-store execution standards, while supporting the annual rollout and adoption of the Let’s Ace It capability-building initiative, learning modules, and digital tools.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in commercial execution, distribution management, and transformation roles within FMCG or allied sectors.

Retail Transformation & RTM Deployment
- Support the rollout and execution of RTM initiatives and channel strategies.
- Coordinate implementation of retail digital tools and sales systems with field teams.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and execution quality, escalating gaps as needed.
- Co-ordinate with teams leads
Sales Compliance & Governance Execution
- Support the deployment of sales compliance policies and governance routines.
- Track compliance KPIs and support change requests escalation.
- Maintain guidelines, SOPs, and execution toolkits for field teams.
Execution Excellence & Capability Building
- Execute in-store initiatives aligned with global execution excellence standards at OpCo fronline level.
- Coordinate the annual rollout of the “Let’s Ace It” assessment at country/market level, including:
- Planning timelines, communications, and field readiness.
- Supporting data collection, completion tracking, and quality checks.
- Support the deployment and adoption of ACE learning modules, learning apps, and digital training tools.
- Translate assessment results into practical action plans and capability interventions with field managers.
Field Engagement & Performance Support
- Conduct field visits to assess execution quality and capability gaps.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to improve tools, assessments, and learning content.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for field teams on execution standards and capability initiatives.
- Collaborate with and attend meetings with opco filed teams to review execution and initiatives.
- Participate as representative of BG MEPA in ACE Modules and AAFS progress track meetings
Reporting & Insights
- Track performance metrics related to execution excellence and capability building.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on Let’s Ace It participation, results, and follow-up actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on execution and assessment outcomes.
- Creating decks for assessments
- Creating decks for Commercial leadership presentations
- Participate in first line level cadence for Global Commercial initiatives.
