  • Key Competencies: Expertise in HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow are highly appreciated), agile way of working, and stakeholder collaboration. Being able to translate business into actionable improvements. Clear analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in digital HR roles, with experience in managing HR systems and processes.

As a Digital HR Specialist Talent & Growth, you will be responsible for:
  • Working within one of our three Digital HR agile teams as a business partner.
  • Ensuring our global Talent & Growth HR processes are continously improved by our HR digital landscape
  • Optimizing and managing multiple HR modules & tools (including Recruiting and Employee Engagement)
  • Collaborating closely with business centers of excellence, IT colleagues, and support partners to align HR systems with our talent and growth strategy and roadmap.
  • Supporting the transition towards more multidisciplinary agile teams while maintaining a strong focus on system optimization and valorization.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR practices.
