National Route to Market Manager
As the National Route to Market (RTM) Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the organisation’s route-to-market strategies across all regions and channels. You will ensure efficient, cost-effective product distribution and execution in traditional trade, modern trade, horeca, and direct-to-consumer channels to maximize market penetration, product availability, and revenue growth.

Master degree in Business Administration or Sales or related field (MBA preferred).
+5 years of experience in RTM/Distribution Management, Sales Management in the FMCG or dairy sector.
Strong understanding of distribution models in emerging and developed markets.
Proficiency in data analytics, sales automation tools, and project management.-Strategic and analytical thinking
