Domain Architect Supply Chain
As the IT Supply Chain Business Partner in our multinational food company, you will serve as a key liaison between the business and IT, bridging the needs from front-line business managers with technology solutions and the strategic objectives of the Global Supply Chain function. Your role involves understanding business needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation and optimization of IT applications.

- B.S. or BSBA in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- M.B.A. or other advanced degree in business or social sciences is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of technology project management and business analysis experience in a business facing role.
- Experience of working in a complex multi country/ language/ time zone environment.
- The ability to manage personnel in a matrix organization and manage third party partners.
- Prior experience in developing external statements of work for consulting resources.
- Experience in application delivery and managing the implementation of packaged application and / or custom development applications.
- Experience using investment analysis techniques to evaluate value of capital projects including NPV, ROI, and IRR required.
- Functional experience with significant responsibilities in food or process manufacturing industries / CPG industries preferred.
- Strongly Preferred – Project Management Professional certification - PMP certification or other equivalent certification.
- Business domain experience in the functional areas being supported.
- SAP ECC 6.0 (modules FI and CO), General Ledger .

- Provide the strategic and tactical direction to build an agreed to IT Systems Roadmap that reflects alignment between IT and business function.
- Develop and create the IT strategic roadmap for a business functional area(s) and facilitate alignment of functional strategic plans with the overall scope, roadmap and priorities of Global IT.
- Build relationships with key RFC business management process owners to understand needs, priorities and identify solutions. Proactively seek out and recommend fit-for-purpose IT solutions for business problems.
- Owns the IT relationship with Key Users within the BG and Opco.
- Provides the primary point of contact to the business unit for IT, interacting with IT Supply Chain Functional leads, IT Service Delivery Managers, Domain architects and Global IT teams.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of the RFC business plans as well as stay abreast of key developments in industry and among peers.
- Provide frameworks for evaluating and communicating investment strategies and plans. Use these frameworks and investment analysis to create and maintain a systems roadmap that enable capabilities critical to the function and represents solid economic investments in technology for RFC.
- Responsible for demand planning and ensuring that projects are prioritised, planned, scheduled, monitored and communicated effectively.
- Accountable for delivery of IT Service to achieve the strategic vision and deliver expected results while also ensuring that the function’s operational and tactical needs from IT are being met.
- Manage a team of business analysts responsible for managing delivery of the programs utilizing project management best practices.
- Responsible for working with IT and business leadership to successfully initiate projects, establish the proper resource assignment and work allocation to ensure project’s achieve intended business objectives.
- Able to lead all phases of the Application roll outs, including developing business requirements, creating current state and future state process flows for automating business processes, contributing to system design, documentation and testing of systems.
- Responsible for ensuring effective post-implementation systems support is established for new systems for the functional area.
- Collect, review and assess customer usage and feedback of systems on a regular basis and incorporate learning's into future developments.
- Generate capital appropriation requests and establish service contracts to execute capital projects in line with agreed to systems investment roadmap.
- Establish and monitor service level agreements that represent business needs and work with infrastructure and application architecture team and partner with Global IT teams to ensure warranty and utility of the technology programs.
- Perform continuous reviews to align processes (for example, models, goals and expectations) with changing business conditions for a given business process or functional area.
