You already know Finance is where your future lies. This graduate program is designed to help you grow into a business-driven finance professional with real impact from day one. 

The Finance Graduate Program at FrieslandCampina is a three-year fast track designed for ambitious finance graduates who want to experience Finance beyond reporting and spreadsheets. Through two rotations of 1.5 years, you’ll gain hands on experience in both Commercial Finance and Supply Chain Finance, two areas where finance directly influences strategic business decisions.

What you'll do

Commercial Finance 
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to translate business performance into financial insights. You’ll learn what drives growth, profitability, pricing, and commercial decision making within an international FMCG environment. 

Supply Chain Finance
Discover how finance drives operational performance across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics. You’ll help optimize processes, improve efficiency, and understand the financial impact of supply chain decisions. 

After completing the program, you’ll move into a business-focused finance role within FrieslandCampina, with a strong foundation for further growth and opportunities.

Your development journey

Alongside your rotations, you’ll follow a structured development program throughout the three years.

  • Learn how Finance drives commercial and operational decisions
  • Gain hands on experience within an international FMCG business 
  • Develop your analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Build a strong network with peers and Finance business leaders across FrieslandCampina

Who we're looking for

  • 0-2 years of working experience;
  • You have a background in Finance, Economics,  Accounting or other related fields. 
  • You're not just comfortable with numbers; you also want to understand what they mean for the business. 
  • You're ready to take ownership, ask the right questions, and build something for the long term.

Finance Manager - Thérèse van Woerkom

During the program at FrieslandCampina, I had the opportunity to explore both commercial and supply chain finance, building a strong understanding of how different parts of the business connect. I started in corporate controlling and later moved into roles within commercial finance and supply chain, gaining experience across the full value chain.


What I value most is the close connection to the business. In commercial roles, I partnered with brand teams and contributed to strategic decision-making, while in supply chain I worked closely with factories and operations to understand what drives performance. This experience strengthened my belief that finance is not just about numbers, but about translating them into clear insights and actionable decisions.
From the start, I was given a high level of responsibility and trust, which enabled me to make an impact early on and accelerate my development. Combined with the variety of roles and the collaborative culture, the program provided a strong foundation for my career.
