Identify, monitor and utilize trends and insights, conduct/supervise market research and advice and challenge the commercial strategy based on this information, in line with the marketing strategy, in such a way that decision-making in the field of marketing is enhanced

Candidate's Profile

  • 5–8 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Insights roles
  • Experience working across multi‑country organizations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce analytics, commercial excellence, and B2B data
  • Experience working with digital analytics, campaign measurement, and DMS preferred

Technical Skills

  • PowerBI expert; SQL (preferred); strong Excel
  • Understanding of data modeling, KPI definitions, and operational dashboards
  • Experience with digital analytics, NPS systems, and feedback tools

Soft Skills

  • Strong communicator (able to simplify insights for commercial teams)
  • Stakeholder management across senior leaders & multiple markets
  • Ability to influence
  • Analytical storyteller with high business acumen
  • Pragmatic, structured, and self‑driven

  • Regional Performance Dashboard (ie penetration, NPS, digital, CE KPIs)
  • Operator & Wholesaler insights playbooks
  • Monthly Asia insights narrative for leadership
  • Adoption scorecards for markets

KPIs & Success MeasuresImpact KPIs

  • Increased adoption of global analytics frameworks (ie Salesforce, DMS, NPS, potential model)
  • Improvement in data quality metrics across markets
  • Speed and accuracy of Asia regional insights
  • Reduced duplication of local tools
