About the Role
Are you passionate about HR, legal frameworks, and knowledge sharing? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the implementation of Finder, our new internal HR knowledge platform. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind creating clear, accurate, and accessible HR knowledge articles.
Your work will empower employees and HR professionals across the organization by making essential information easy to find and understand.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law (Dutch or international).
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English (native or near-native level).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate complex legal/HR topics into accessible content.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing and digital tools.

- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to gather accurate information on HR policies, procedures, and compliance topics.
- Write, edit, and structure knowledge articles for the Finder platform in a clear and engaging tone.
- Ensure all content aligns with legal standards and internal policies.
- Help design and maintain a user-friendly knowledge base structure.
- Support the rollout and adoption of the Finder platform across departments.
