Private Label Sales Manager - UK Retail

Ce que nous demandons

  • At least 3-5 years recent Retail sales experience, preferably in dairy and in PL
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in (International) Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of private label dynamics and retail buying processes
  • Excellent social, negotiation, communication and influencing skills
  • Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Result-oriented and data driven mentality

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at high pace
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking

  • Excellent knowledge of Power BI, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).

Description du poste vacant

  • Act as the primary commercial lead for assigned UK retail customers
  • Build strategic, tactical, and operational customer relationships centred on joint goals (e.g., category growth, sustainability)
  • Translate the PL strategy into 3‑year customer plans
  • Manage all private label tenders, pricing, profitability and product development, drive competitive PL propositions for the UK market
  • Lead creation of Joint Business Plans
  • Build annual operational plans including sales, volume, margin, and market share targets
  • Execute annual Sales Activation Plans
  • Own the customer P&L and deliver financial KPIs
  • Review sales, profitability, market share and adjust plans
  • Provide accurate forecasting
  • Oversee execution from concept to launch
  • Collaborate effectively with Finance, Supply Chain, Strategic Pricing, Category Marketing, and peers across OpCos
  • Build network within FrieslandCampina operations, mainly based in the Netherlands

The role focuses on securing and expanding customer partnerships with major UK retailers, developing strategic private label propositions, and ensuring delivery of annual sales, volume, profitability, and innovation targets.
