Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re looking for a proactive Talent Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source and engage top candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

  • At least 7 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably from a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about finding great talent and building strong teams.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across all functions and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate and manage the selection process, ensuring timely feedback and communication.
  • Oversee offer negotiations, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and continuously improve the candidate experience.
