The role focuses on analyzing utility performance, identifying efficiency gaps, executing lean/energy improvement projects, and ensuring stable, reliable, and cost‑effective operations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience
2–5 years experience in utilities or process industry
Skills
-Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
-Ability to lead continuous improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma projects
-Knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, water treatment, and energy systems
-Experience analyzing SCADA/EMS/PI data
-Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
