We are looking for a Global Category Procurement Manager Content & Premiums to join our Global Procurement team and elevate the strategic sourcing of two impactful marketing categories.

Candidate Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in marketing procurement, agency management, or creative agency environments within global organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s or certifications are a plus)
- Fluent in English

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal capabilities

- Salary between €5,200 and €7,500per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 12,5% variable bonus, and a pension;
- 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

As Category Procurement Manager Content & Premiums, you will shape and steer the global sourcing strategy for two key marketing pillars.
For Content, you will partner closely with Commercial teams to ensure that fit‑for‑purpose marketing assets are created efficiently and effectively by our agency partners across the EMEA region.
For Premiums, you will take global ownership of the supplier ecosystem for promotional items that drive trial, strengthen brand love, deepen shopper engagement, and boost sales. You will safeguard safe, compliant, and on‑brand items that deliver maximum shopfloor impact.
You will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, continuously raising the bar on value delivery, supplier performance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global procurement strategies for Content & Premiums, turning growth ambitions into clear sourcing roadmaps and supplier portfolios
- Be a strategic advisor for internal stakeholders on sourcing, supplier management, and critical insights
- Lead strategic supplier relationship management with key partners
- Drive end‑to‑end value delivery by embedding clear performance metrics in briefs, contracts, and QBRs
- Deliver on Procurement KPIs and continuously raise performance standards
- Reduce category complexity and increase transparency
- Maintain expertise in your categories to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Ensure risk management and compliance across all activities

The Global Procurement discipline oversees all purchasing activities. The team consists of around 210 professionals from around the globe.
We operate as one agile and diverse team unleashing the power of our suppliers to deliver sustainable value for all seven FrieslandCampina business groups. We aim to be a strategic business partners and develop sourcing strategies based on a thorough understanding of market trends and developments. The MarCom Procurement team consist of 5 Procurement professionals based in different parts of the world (the Netherlands and Singapore). Each Category Manager has his/her own Global subcategories responsibility. We connect on a weekly basis.
