FrieslandCampina is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Commercial Lead to strengthen how our B2B commercial teams operate across Europe and international markets. In this role, you will define and evolve our Salesforce product vision, ensuring teams have clear, consistent, and effective CRM-supported routines that enable smarter and more predictable growth.
You will work closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, IT, Data & Insights, and local commercial teams to turn commercial strategies into intuitive Salesforce workflows and tools that are easy to adopt and deliver real commercial impact. You will drive continuous improvement, champion user-centric design, and ensure Salesforce becomes an indispensable daily tool for our commercial colleagues.
Ce que nous demandons
- You hold a relevant academic degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Digital, IT, Data or related field).
- You bring 8–10+ years of experience in CRM‑led commercial enablement, B2B funnel/pipeline management, and product management or platform ownership in Salesforce environments.
- You are customer‑focused, act with speed and decisiveness, and take ownership—continuously looking for opportunities to improve how we execute and grow.
- You bring expert‑level Salesforce CRM mastery, strong commercial affinity, and the ability to structure complexity into clear, scalable processes and routines.
- You are a highly skilled influencer and communicator, able to align diverse stakeholders across Sales, CE, IT, Data & OPCOs and drive adoption in multi‑country environments.
