Ce que nous demandons
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in brand or marketing roles
- Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing or a related field
- Strong passion for marketing and brand building within FMCG
- Highly result-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Strategic-level thinking combined with hands-on operational approach
- Excellent project and change management skills
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Description du poste vacant
- Own and manage the Hungarian portfolio of the assigned brand/category
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget in line with business objectives
- Contribute to mid-term brand and innovation planning
- Lead NPD launches and coordinate product development projects
- Plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, POS)
- Manage consumer and shopper promotions, events and in-store activations
- Monitor and optimize brand and category performance using consumer and market insights
- Control and track brand and A&P budgets, ensuring efficient investment allocation
- Build excellent business relations with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure proper execution of the strategy
- Manage agencies and ensure high-quality creative execution
- Prepare analyses, reports and presentations for local and international stakeholders
