- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineeting, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, network planning, or similar roles in a fast paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and planning systems.
- Proficient in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OMP)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Description du poste vacant
- Develop and maintain tactical supply plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure supply continuity.
- Analyze supply constraints and recommend solutions to mitigate risks to service levels.
- Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers and adjust planning parameters accordingly.
- Use planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OMP) to manage and optimize supply plans.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings to align supply with commercial teammates
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes and performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, NWC).
- Manage supply exceptions and respond to demand variability, including promotion planning and new product launches.
