FrieslandCampina Hungária ZRt. is looking for an Assistant Customer Service to join our team.

Our company is a key player in the Hungarian dairy industry, with beloved, well-known, and leading brands on the market such as Pöttyös, Milli, Frico, Debic, and Completa. Our employees are continuously working to provide consumers with high-quality dairy products.

Location of work: Budapest

Working hours: Part-time (Monday to Thursday, 6 hours per day)

Ce que nous demandons

  • Secondary school education (university degree is a plus)
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, or receptionist roles is an advantage
  • Confident computer skills (especially MS Office)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A helpful, customer-focused attitude
  • Conversational English (you’ll use it in emails or calls)

Description du poste vacant

  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and forwarding them to the right team or person
  • Welcoming clients and visitors in person and managing related admin tasks
  • Supporting billing processes (e.g. preparing and sending invoices)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, keeping the document tracking system up to date
  • Taking care of domestic and international courier shipments
  • Helping with logistics tasks related to marketing campaigns
  • Communicating with internal teams and external suppliers/service providers
  • Assisting with any other admin or customer service tasks assigned by your manager
