MT Operations Manager

Key objectives:
• Drive operational excellence by managing Account Supervisors to ensure flawless deployment of activities across stores.
• Strengthen customer partnerships by coordinating with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to solve issues and boost sales performance.
• Foster collaboration and capability building by working closely with RTM, CCD, and Channel Leads to improve execution, provide coaching, and develop a high-performing team.

- Education: Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations preferably in FMCG or Retail industry
- Skills:
+ Good command of MS Office (word, excel, ppt)
+ Good communication skills (both oral and writing)
+ Solid execution and implementation skills
+ Strong interpersonal skill

- Manage Account Supervisors to deploy all the operation activities properly and effectively at store.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers, Channel Leads and Channel & Category Development team to build up and strengthen customer relationships in MT accounts by gathering feedback, inquiries and providing solutions to specific issues (sales orders, delivery..).
- Collaborate with Route-to-Market (RTM) team to maximize MT distribution and improve in-store execution process and salesforce effectiveness via MCP design input.
- Manage and keep track of store performance through update of sales result (DOR/Weekly LE sell in/monthly sell out measurement), target delivery, stock status, sales ordering, shipment receiving and payment status of all stores of total MT channels
- Gift campaign management coordinated with KAM, CCD and customers
- Market competitor intelligence update Channel Lead and Management team
- SFA reinforcement and support training session with RTM team
- Be responsible for sales volume/promotion allocation in stores of total MT channels.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team and ensure all operation guidelines are being covered
- Build capabilities for the team and ensuring that the team is working with committed spirit
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
