Senior Process Specialist

The first Financial Shared Services Centre was launched successfully in 2013 in the Netherlands (FSSC NL). In 2016 FrieslandCampina has decided to expand its Financial Shared Services concept by setting up a Financial Shared Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur for Asia and in Budapest to support its businesses in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa region. With the introduction of Shared Services, we moved from a complex, traditional 'back-office' structure to a streamlined operational, business process centric organisation delivering improved and consistent quality to our (internal and external) customers and consumers.

Work experience
At least 5-8 years of relevant E2E process experience, preferably in multinational / shared services/GBS environment
Prior experience in CI/Lean methodology
Project Management, training delivery experience is considered as an advantage
Education
BSc/MSc degree in Finance and/or Accounting or Business Administration
Certification in project management methodologies (eg. PMP, PRINCE2) and or Lean methodology is an advantage
Skills
Project Management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
Advanced SAP knowledge, SAP S/4 Hana experience is an advantage
Analytical mindset but also critical and ready to challenge the status quo
Excellent coordination and prioritization skills
Training skills for best practice and knowledge sharing.
E2E mindset on processes and cross-departmental thinking.
Celonis or other process mining tool knowledge is an advantage

Purpose of the role
Support the operation in analyzing and identifying improvement opportunities, possible enhancement projects. Assists global management with recommendations in order to ensure coherence to improvement agenda.
Promote process optimization and best practice sharing for bracing value creation for external / internal stakeholders. Develop and implement new processes and systems in accordance with functional plans. Ensure process integrity by maintaining an oversight on changes and also by linking up with global BPO framework. Support corporate or lead global GBS initiatives in case of need.
- Facilitates the delivery of the process improvement plan, either by leading initiatives directly and/or supporting others to deliver according to the improvement plan
- Supports the continuous improvement (CI/LEAN) initiatives and acts as first reviewer of ideas to ensure projects are prioritized according to functional plans, and strategy
- Proactively works with PMO to provide progress on improvement initiatives and enables effective operation of the Project Portfolio Management Board
- Proactively shares best practices amongst operational teams, identifies process deviations and ensures those are eliminated across all OpCos in EMEA
- Supports automation related challenges, and ensures that requirements are assessed and coherently combined with improvements
- Sets development framework for departmental policies, procedures, and SOP documentation
- Maintains connection with Global Business Process Organization to ensure EMEA & KL processes are in line with Global Process framework
- Develops training plans, materials and delivers classroom/online trainings intra- and cross-department
- Provides ad-hoc reporting on process performance/metrics as required
- Monitoring role for cross-team subledger clearings where we envision monitor selected OPIs to flag potential exposure in advance (eg of topics are Rebates, Assets, AR/AP link to RTR)
- Full clean-up of liquidated entities on all accounts (already currently executing). Managing clean-up of entities as a project from our team will free up time from the business as well
- Safeguard periodic assessment of global SOPs after project phase
- SME network coordinator and driving content/learning calendar on RtR
- Lead RtR Global projects/initiatives
