Assistant SHE Manager
• Support Projects in orientation, creation, preparation, implementation stages as per corporate guideline including Risk assessment, URS, HAZOP etc.
• Provide contractor management including Projects and M&R related jobs following SHE FCT procedure.
• Control Safe work conditions inside and around the manufacturing areas including but not limited to Environmental and Health related concerns to achieve 0 LTAs.
• Comply with the company standard, Our Life Saving Rules (OLSRs) and applicable Thai regulations in all Project stages.
• Maintain integrity of emergency response equipment and fire men team for emergency readiness.
• Monitor all fire-fighting and fire evacuation related equipment are in good conditions with facility team.
• Lead investigations into medium to high risk actual or potential incidents and to look into incidents and accidents in order to determine their causes and discover how to avoid them in the future.
• Prepare and lead environmental health and safety training programs.
• Implementation the standard of ISO45001, ISO14001.
• Lead Internal audit of ISO45001, ISO14001 and tracking CAPA to close the gap with suitable timeline.
• Coordinate with Utility team and provide necessary support to Energy Conservation committee.
• Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes.
• Assist the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents.
• Provide technical safety guidance and coordinate with the area owner and process owner for implementation program with safety compliance with FCT and international standards.

1. Compliance & Safety Management Standards
• Enforce compliance with Thai laws, Our Life Saving Rules (OLSRs), and company HSE standards across site.
• Implement, promote, and maintain the standard of ISO45001, ISO14001 and lead internal audit ISO45001, ISO14001 program.
• Coordinate and lead risk assessments for routine and non-routine tasks, projects, and changes; ensure identified hazards are addressed with effective control measures and documented according to company procedures.
• Develops and maintains a tracking system to monitor all Safety and Environmental deviations from inspection, audit, observation and incident to ensure proper corrective and preventive actions implementing on floor.
2. Workplace Safety Oversight
• Conduct regular safety inspections and walkthroughs in all manufacturing and support areas to identify unsafe conditions, behaviors, or potential hazards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, team leaders, and functional departments to promptly address and resolve safety concerns or unsafe practices.
• Ensure appropriate engineering and administrative controls are in place for high-risk areas such as chemical storage, machinery operation, confined spaces, and working at heights.
3. Project safety gate and Contractor Safety Management
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Contractor Safety Management Program that aligns with corporate safety policies and legal requirements, including defining program scope and objectives, establishing contractor pre-qualification criteria, creating onboarding and orientation processes, developing safety procedures and permit-to-work systems for high-risk tasks, and integrating the program into the overall site SHE management system.
• Ensure safety integration in all phases of capital and maintenance projects and facilitate risk assessments (e.g., JSA, URS, HAZOP) of each project or change in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Cooperation with the related department manager, all service contracts related to safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage contractor safety for both Projects and Maintenance & Repair (M&R) jobs to comply with FCT contractor safety management and permit to work procedure.
• Coordinate between contractor and all concerned department managers, job owners and area owners for Project or M&R jobs in each areas to ensure effective implementation on applicable standards including Our Life Saving Rules (OLSRs)
• Ensure compliance with SHE FCT procedures and safety rules.
4. Emergency Preparedness
• Maintain readiness of emergency response equipment and ensure fire team preparedness.
• Collaborate with facility teams to inspect and maintain firefighting systems and evacuation tools.
5. Incident Investigation & Prevention
• Lead to facilitate and guide for area manager on the investigations of safety and environmental’ s incidents and near misses.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
6. Training & Awareness
• Organize and conduct environmental, health, and safety (EHS) training for employees and contractors.
• Promote safety awareness and cultural transformation toward zero-accident goals.
7. Energy & Environmental Program Support
• Coordinate Energy Conservation Program activities including committee meetings and internal audits.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in environmental and energy management.
8. Technical safety support such as ATEX, Machine safety , LOTOTO program etc.
• Provide technical guidance and lead implementation of dedicate technical safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with FCT and international requirements including industrial best practiced to control risks.
• Monitor all hazard area relate dust and gas and provide EPD for control the hazard area relate dust and gas.
9. Leadership and Culture Transformation
• Promote a strong safety culture by engaging employees at all levels, encouraging hazard reporting, and reinforcing compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Support behavioral safety initiatives and leadership engagement in safety practices.
• Lead the Safety promotion activities such as Safety days, safety campaigns, safety committee etc.

• Bachelor degree or higher in safety or related fields
• Hold the professional safety officer licensed
• Minimum 5 years’ experience for SHE management in manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge in SHE legal and implementing.
• Computer skill required MS office and related program.
• Good English communication skill
• Capable to creat and use visualization tool such as Power BI, Automate, Canva will be advantage.
