We are looking for a Business Procurement Manager in our cheese & white dairy team. You will be responsible for a set of Procurement activities and project implementation in our Business Group’s Retail&Americas and Europe, focusing on The Netherlands and Belgium. Ce que nous demandons
- Bachelor degree (HBO)
- 5 years of experience within Supply Chain, and or procurement, preferably in the food sector.
- Knowledge of, or affinity with, direct - and indirect categories.
- Excellent Communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Proven project management capabilities are a must to ensure flawless execution of our strategies and performance + initiatives
- Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch, as you will be in close contact with Dutch-speaking stakeholders
- Self-supporting and at the same time team-player in multiple teams
- Willing to travel between the locations in the Netherlands and Belgium

- Project Implementation: Lead or be involved in local changes and project implementations and ensure the savings pipeline of projects is properly executed
- Demand Management: have good insights in the business demand within cheese and white dairy and translate this for the Category Procurement teams who manage the global sourcing. Together with your business stakeholders you identify local change and savings projects and build your local Procurement roadmap
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain efficient supplier relations for the key and strategic suppliers on the location and do performance management on a regular basis
- Quality & Risk Management: Develop proper contingency plans in alignment with Supply Chain and ensure local execution, first escalation level for supply disruptions
