HR Specialist
The Human Resource Specialist works closely with the Senior People Advisor and the Management Team to ensure our new HR model succeeds and supports the vision and strategy of FrieslandCampina.
This position will be base in our Delhi, New York manufacturing facility.

- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience executing Talent Management programs and coaching team members with success

- A proclivity for root cause analysis

- day to day HR operations,

Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $85,000 to $135,000 annually. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including years of work experience, education/training, certifications, and other considerations permissible by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records per applicable laws.
