Business IT Analyst
The IT Analyst specializing in Production Planning and Manufacturing Applications for our multinational food company, is a key contributor to the optimization and support of IT systems critical to the Global Supply Chain function. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role involves ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of applications related to production planning, manufacturing, and shop floor operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10 years of working experience with minimum 2 years in FMCG/food industry
Have working experience with SAP PP preferably in FMCG or food industry, able to handle SAP configuration/batch job and understand SAP interfaces (PI/PO)
Have working experience in full cycle project implementation, preferably with regional/global template deployment
Working exposure with dashboard/KPI report development/deployment
Strong stakeholder enagement skill (virtualy or face to face)
Continuous improvement midset with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Fast learner and willing to invest time to learn and deliver job requirement with new skill
Willing to travel as and when is needed (travel requirement up to 25%)

Application Support:
- Provide expert-level support for Production Planning applications, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Shop Floor applications.
- Collaborate with end-users and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues promptly.
System Enhancement and Optimization:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the enhancement and optimization of Production Planning and Manufacturing applications.
- Participate in the testing and validation of system upgrades and new releases.
User Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the efficient use of Production Planning and Manufacturing applications.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure user proficiency and adoption.
Integration Management:
- Collaborate with IT integration teams to ensure seamless integration between Production Planning and Manufacturing applications and other enterprise systems.
- Manage data flows and interfaces to optimize information exchange.
Incident and Change Management:
- Contribute to the management of incidents related to Production Planning and Manufacturing applications, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in the implementation of changes and updates, adhering to change management processes.
Collaboration with Manufacturing Teams:
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing teams to understand operational requirements and ensure that IT solutions align with production needs.
- Participate in regular meetings to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Data Governance:
- Work with data governance teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within Production Planning and Manufacturing applications.
- Implement and enforce data management best practices.
