Expansion of our solutions business is recognized as one of the levers to realize this ambition. A new Systems organization is formed to carry out this responsibility for launching, driving and supporting existing and new system solutions in the markets across the globe.
Our solutions consist out of an appliance, product and a technology and are designed to solve specific customer pains across various channels and use moments. As Systems Architect you are the end-to-end responsible for the technical delivery of the Milk Platform and Systems within from the start up to the end-of-life.

Strong experience in platform management and systems development, preferably in a B2B environment with a focus on closed systems.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in platform and systems development.
Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end technical delivery of beverage systems or similar solutions.
Strong understanding of technical requirements, standards, and specifications.
Established network of relevant suppliers, OEMs, developers, and agencies in the industry.

You are end-to-end responsible for the technical delivery of the platform and related systems from start to end-of-life. Lead the design and development of systems and/or their elements. This includes managing the change process for the platform, ensuring the successful integration of the key elements (appliance, consumable, technology), and running versions control to meet all the functional and technical requirements, standards, and specifications; be responsible for the lifecycle strategic agenda.
You will be responsible of the creation of innovation eco-system of suppliers, engineering service providers and Friesland Campina. You translate user-, business/marketing-, customer-, quality requirements in technical requirements and specifications for modules, interfaces and the overall system. And you will manage and maintain requirements- and testing framework with a formal change management process.
Last, but not the least, you will define the strategic line for the Milk Platform development and steer long-term programs within the triangle of appliance-consumable-technology.

- Participate in defining technology roadmaps to support long-term business goals.

- Define and management technology tracks within the platform.
Next to the content of the position, you play the central role in defining focus trajectories for various roles within D&T and other functions. This means that your focus will balance between inspiring, leading and managing cross-function, external and internal, multi-disciplinary team members. As this is a newly set up organization, you are the co-owner of the transformation together with the rest of the Systems team. You are expected to act as the role-model of our growth mindset and open culture.
