The Young Leader’s Programme is FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan's flagship trainee programme where the trainees get the opportunity to work in different fields on rotation basis for 18 months. Our first batch of the Young Leader’s joined on the 10th of July, 2019. Here is what they have to say about their experience.
