... is designed to develop future leaders through a combination of structured learning, on-the-job experience, and personal development. In the program you will complete two rotations of 18 months in one of the following tracks:

  • Commercial: 
    Sales & Marketing
  • Global Functions: 
    Supply Chain, Global Digital Business Solutions, HR and Finance

What can you expect?

On September 9th, 2026 we are hosting an Inhouseday to tell you more about the Global Traineeship. Here, you will meet current Trainees, so you can ask all your questions and get familiar with FrieslandCampina. There will be two face-to-face sessions in our HQ in Amersfoort, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. You can sign up from July 1st!
