Are you curious, creative, and excited about making real impact in the world of packaging? Join our R&D Packaging Development team as an intern. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that touch global brands, whether it’s exploring recyclable packaging alternatives for beverages, developing next-generation packaging for infant nutrition, or supporting innovations for products across Asia, Europe, and beyond.
Together, we will design an internship project that fits your ambitions and aligns with ongoing developments in our department. Our team regularly hosts students for both research internships and thesis projects, and we aim to create an experience that is both inspiring and meaningful.
Ce que nous demandons
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with an interest in packaging development. E.g. Industrial Design, Food technology, Material Science or Graphical Design
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- You enjoy working in an international, English-speaking environment.
- You feel comfortable taking ownership and contributing your ideas.

You’ll be part of FrieslandCampina’s R&D Packaging team, based at the Innovation Center in Wageningen. Our team supports all business units and works across a wide range of packaging formats: bottles, cups, cartons, cans, industrial, and flexible, covering both B2B and B2C markets.
