Continuous Improvement Specialist Ice Cream
Reporting to Manufacturing Manager Ice Cream, CI Specialist is responsible guiding and facilitating the improvement organization aimed at continuously improving the operational performance of plant operations. Sharing best practices with other plants within organization.

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in chemical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
· 2+ years of experience in Management at Manufacturing Site

- Responsible for managing all activities within the improvement workstream.
- Preparing and supervising CI audits on location (Process confirmation, maturity audits, FoQuS Audits, Certifications, Re certifications, Survelience Audits, CIA audit).
- Supporting and implementing the CI program in coordination with CI and departmental manager.
- Indicates learning improvements for produce, maintain and improve on workplace performance, so that a problem analysis can be done. If needed align L&D expert.
- Ensuring available, up-to-date training materials and assessments to enable employees to be trained in a standardized manner in the workplace and to be able to assess their level.
- Conducting periodic deep dives( Loss and waste analysis as a basis for setting improvement goals.
- Record the improvement goals within the CI organization and report to LM.
- Monitoring the quality of the CI organization and the quality of its members.
- Promote and organize collaboration and information exchange between departments and teams.
- Support and follow up on all relevant CI KPIs of the plant (such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) reporting).
- Taking care of the monthly qualitative and quantitative reporting with a total analysis for plant management.
- Supporting the CI Manager in projects and structural improvement processes (FI, EEM,AM,PM,OA,5S,LMC,LSW etc..).
- Act as a local coach in the context of Leading Performance - Provide training in the context of CI activities.
- In close collaboration with HR and OWOW, develop the necessary materials and training to implement and support these programs (eg Leading Performance, PCS, ...)· Support and follow up on all relevant CI KPIs of the plant (such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) reporting).
