Senior RtR Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior RTR Accountant to join our RTR Labour Accounting Team. This role requires professional experiences in accounting, ability of independent work and ability to make decisions on your own.

- At least 4-5 years of accounting experience in a multinational company or accounting firm
- University/college degree in Finance/Accounting
- Solid hands-on working knowledge to improve/transform complex integrated RtR processes on regional/global level
- Experience with relevant Labour/Payroll processes (provisions, accruals, social securities and wage tax bookings, medical expenses, group insurances, holiday allowance, STIP related responsibilities, pension etc.)
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Excellent process knowledge for own function and thorough IFRS knowledge
- Excellent SAP knowledge, Excel knowledge, HFM experience is an advantage
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Proactive and “can do” mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ensure correct and timely Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reporting including tuning of all sub-ledgers, in line with FRC Accounting Rules (SHERPA)
Ensure delivery and the communication of R2R activities as agreed in the Service Catalogue to the OpCo/BG
Ensure the coordination of the complete administration of OpCo/BG
Promote & when necessary enforce standard way of working in relation to the Local Organization
Ensure the coordination of the internal communication within FSSC in relation to local organization outside Finance
Responsible for timely and accurate and complete creation of the service requests related to RtR process.
Participate and/or Lead global and local projects- promoting effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day operation.
Ensure quality and timeliness of the operational tasks in the field of Record to Report
Perform complex accounting activities and financial analyses
Act as support/supervisor during audit processes
Participate in ensuring process integration and strong relationships with interdependent functions
Deliver according to agreed service requirements
Proactively raise risks, opportunities and resolving problems
Perform activities in line with internal and external controls, regulations, compliance
Oversee and mentor junior team members
Substitute team leader along with senior colleagues

The role is opened in the General Accounting Labour Team consists of 8 members and with direct report to the RtR Manager. Everybody in the team has the same structure of the activities what they are responsible for, the volume of the markets and the complexity of the tasks differentiate the levels within the team. Overall we are responsible for about 20 EMEA countries.
