The Finance Country Manager Belgium acts as finance business partners for multiple sales/business teams in Belgium (Channels are: Branded retail, OOH, private label and B2B2C). You are part of the business teams and are their conscience in all financial related matters. You advice and support management in the realization of the objectives in terms of efficiency, cost control and profitability.

- Knowledge of systems (SAP, BW, Microstrategy)

Accountabilities
- Responsible for the management and analysis of the full P&L and B/S of CD Belgium/ B2B2C
- Contribute to the commercial Strategy as defined in our operational plans including managing the realization (+tracking and tracing) of the objectives
- Responsible for the financial analysis on the annual deals
- Assess the return on investments of our sales and A&P investments on an ongoing basis (business as usual, innovation and projects)
- Provide business intelligence, such as GP-margins per SKU/Channels/ Customer, in an efficient manner
- Contribute to the preparation of the 3Y-plans and commercial 12Q plans. You are in the lead for the preparation of the monthly forecasting cycle (outlook)
- Preparation of the Quarterly Business Reviews with the Business Group Europe and participate in the monthly performance review with the BG-Europe
- Ensure that our internal control framework is well adhered too and that we remain in control
- Provide support to Corporate Accounting and Corporate Tax with respect to pension and tax related topics. Follow-up and coordinate request from local tax authorities
- Have regular contact with our external accountants with respect to the various legal entities that fall within the ambit of CD Belgium/B2B2C and follow-up on compliance related activities

Consumer Dairy Belgium offers consumers sustainable nutrition with a wealth of high-quality, healthy dairy products containing valuable nutrients from milk. The entity sells milk, yoghurt, condensed milk, dairy-based beverages, cheese, butter, cream and many more products to consumers in the Belgian market. You will report to the Finance Director North Western Europe (Business Group Europe of FrieslandCampina in Amersfoort/Nederland. You will have dotted-line to the Country manager Belgium.
You will have regular contact with the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) in Budapest/Hungary and with the Financial Planning & Reporting team in the Netherlands. You will have 2 direct reports (commercial controllers).
