Qualification:
- Doctorate or bachelor’s degree preferably in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Animal Husbandry
Experience:
- Entry Level (Fresh DVMs), internships at any reputabale mega dairy farm.

Stellenbeschreibung
- To ensure the female calves, growers` & heifers health and soundness through checkups & treatment
- To raise the demand for required material for youngstock rearing.
- To do routine operations with youngstock supervisors to ensure proper working and implementation of company rules, regulation, policies and standards.
- To recheck the animals regularly before, at the time and after feeding of young herd during visits.
- Record keeping of inventories such as CMR, concentrates, vaccines for health, medicine for treatment and other material for youngstock rearing.
- Record keeping of young herd.
- To provide the comfortable environment to young herd in the yards by cleaning of yards, good bedding under the sheds and in time and proper working of cooling system in the hot weather.
- Supervise, guide, control and assign tasks to subordinates.
- To provide leadership, build team confidence and develop them to deliver functional roles efficiently and effectively.
- To implement ISO standard practices at dairy farm to improve the quality of work.
- Assist in preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.
