EC Marketing Manager, Tmall
The mission of the position is to build up brand in two Tmall Flagship stores, (Friso Natura & Friso Prestige) through in-site campaign and content, and provide the best digital experience along consumer decision journey, to drive business and brand share growth.

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong Ali eco-system and FMCG brand MKT experience is preferred.
- At least 5 years working experience related to EC marketing experience, Ali e-marketing experience preferred.
- Strong in-stie campaign and livestream experience.
- Excellent communication with Mandarin and English.
- Excellent in excel and PPT.
- Able travel based on business request.

- Integrate internal resources to make full-year campaign plan, like CNY, 618, D11, Super Member Day, Super brand day to and drive business on platform according to both category and platform insight.
- Responsible for content management, including store livestream, KOL and celebrity LS, develop good content calendar based on the consumer insight and hot topics.
- Monitor closely on campaign and content KPI and optimize investment efficiency constantly.
- Competitor monitor and review, to find more marketing opportunity.
- Manage external partners and build strong relationship with Ali client to obtain more platform intelligence and resource.
