Assistant New Business Sales Manager

  • Channel Strategy
  • Commercial responsible for New Product (Dutchlady adult Powder/Yogurt/milk UHT etc.)sales targets (revenue, margin, and gross profit)
  • Manage marketing mix within GT /KA/ Ec channel across customers.
  • Develop sales strategy and implementation roadmap for assigned key accounts.
  • Customer Strategy
  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers based on New product, shopper and channel understanding.
  • Implement JBP process with key customers. Ensure an understanding of Customer specific Shopper insight and how one Customer’s shoppers differ from those of other retailers.
  • Manage customer profitability and trade terms.
  • Category Strategy
  • Understand the Global Category Strategies.
  • Provide key channel and shopper insight to support the development of Category Strategies for market.
  • New Product Strategy
  • Understand the New product strategy.
  • All activities to consistently build on retention and loyalty strategy reinforcing consumer marketing messaging.
  • Agency Selection & Management
  • Support the sales agency selection and management processes based on an in depth understanding of the requirements of business and the core competencies of each respective agency. Set up sales distributor network
