- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business or related fields
- Experience: 5 years of sales/ key account management experiences in related field/ FMCG is an advantage
- Other requirements:
+ Good command of English communication skill (written and spoken)
+ Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality
+ Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Be able to travel as per business needs
+ Confident, fast moving, disciplined and reliable personality

- Manage Bach Hoa Xanh customer P&L and customer investment by categories, counterparts.
- Lead and ensure the execution of Joint Business Planning together with customers
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (Volume/Value growth, market share, category penetration, profit, forecast accuracy and sales fundamentals) for customers including:
+ Prepare, Implement, follow up and update Customer(s) Plans;
+ Align with internal & external stakeholders to implement the customer plan.
- Work with cross functional team on plans for recruiting and retaining shoppers/consumers, forecasting, promotion planning, pricing strategies, new product listing, new store open, new launches/innovations, assortment management, and post evaluation.
- Close the deal with Customers by negotiating the trade teams, trade funding and counterparts according to the category & business strategy on his/her customer.
- Build and maintain business cooperation relationships with customers (supermarket management board, purchasing office...).
