As an experienced People Analytics professional, you have the ability to excel in this 'Head of' role by seamlessly blending strategy development, execution, and team leadership. In this position, you will drive our vision forward while leading an ambitious team. Key qualifications for this exciting role include:
- A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT;
- 12+ years of professional experience, including team leadership (ideally in Digital/Insights/Analytics fields);
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, reporting, and advanced analytics;
- Proficiency in information and database management;
- Expertise in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (such as PowerQueries, Power BI);
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics use cases within global HR settings;
- Familiarity with HR Analytics platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Crunchr, Visier);
- Fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English;
- In-depth knowledge of the link between data and processes;
- Experience with agile methodologies and ways of working.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring its successful implementation;
- Lead a dynamic team of around 5 specialists in people analytics, fostering an agile and innovative approach;
- Empower the HR function with the right tools (dashboards, reports, insights) and skills, enabling them to confidently drive the organization's transformation;
- Foster stakeholder alignment by facilitating continuous, transparent discussions around product backlog priorities, ensuring shared understanding and commitment;
- Balance data insights and compliance by adhering to privacy standards, making People Analytics a trusted and reliable domain within the organization;
- Incorporate external market trends and industry best practices, applying an outside-in perspective to stay ahead in the field of People Analytics;
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by integrating policies and processes that adhere to the company's standards and way of working;
- Lead by example, demonstrating leadership and stewardship in People Analytics, inspiring the HR community to actively engage and drive the transformation.
