With dedicated supervision and mentoring, we ensure you bring your best self to work and grow every day. Personal development is key, and as a trainee, you'll start with high-level responsibilities from day one. You will join the rotations in your home country, while you get the opportunity to travel and meet your global trainee cohort in different regions. As part of your onboarding into the program, we organize an onboarding week at our HQ in the Netherlands with your cohort of trainees. After the first rotation, we will travel together to Malaysia!

As a Global Trainee you fit the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in relevant discipline you are applying for
  • Working experience: No prior work experience is necessary! We are specifically looking for fresh graduates
  • Language: Fluent in English for all disciplines

  • Visa sponsorship: We welcome applications from all nationalities and backgrounds. To be eligible, you must currently be studying in, or have recently completed your studies in, the country where you are applying.

    Next to these hard requirements, we are looking for trainees who are eager to learn, ambitious and have a global mindset.
