Regional Business Procurement Manager
The Regional Business Procurement Manager responsible for Program Implementation leads the Program delivery of the Regional sourcing team MRO/Facility and Waste Management through multiple site projects supported by Business Procurement and technical teams on production locations.

Candidate requirements
- Academic/Master: 7+years of experience in Procurement of Indirect categories and
- project implementation (e.g. Continuous Improvement)
- Higher Vocational/Bachelor: 10+years of experience in Procurement of Indirect
- categories and project implementation (e.g. Continuous Improvement)
Competencies
- Project & program management/Business Case building
- Project scoping and implementation
- Solid understanding of business complexity, and knowledge of MRO and Facility Management
- Highly analytical and able to structure, organize and prioritize workloads
- Change Management and Key Stakeholder Management: Capable to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
- Result oriented/decisiveness
- Be able to sell and influence ideas
- Commercial acumen and digital foresight

Vacancy description
Main Accountabilities
- Setting up Program Management of all involved activities on Content (MRO/FM/WM) and
local transformation as outcome of Regional Category team sourcing activities and
Strategies. - Plays leading role in defining Business Cases and scope of local implementation plans.
Contributes to building Category sourcing strategies of Regional Category team and
bringing expert knowledge from MRO and Facility Management practice. - Leads communication on progress of the program to senior management.

Complexity Level 4. Complex projects across multiple sites and BGs
Innovation Level 4. expert knowledge in field of FM/MRO
Stakeholder Management Level 5. senior level stakeholders, site MTs
Autonomy Level 4. will have to build BCs and define scope within guidelines
from Regional Head of CP

Senior level stakeholders internally (Excellence directors, program managers), Site management teams. Internally within Procurement: several Heads of Business Procurement for the different BGs and local procurement managers.
