Global Project Implementation Manager

The Project Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and managing large and complex global HR Expedition projects with often a strong digital component; from initiation to completion. The role will coordinate cross-functional global teams, set project goals, develop project plans, and monitor progress to ensure timely execution of deliverables. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.

What we ask

  • Master degree in HR, Business Administration or IT
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience with digital transformation projects within a global HR function 
  • Prove track record of delivery of large and complex (preferably multi country) HR projects with a strong digital component
  • Knowledge of Digital HR solutions like SuccessFactors, Workday and/or ServiceNow;
  • Experience with optimization and digitization of global HR processes 
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinker and executer with the ability to see the bigger picture and have a sharp eye for detail

Vacancy description

  • Identify and collect ideas, business requirements and needs, define the scope and feasibility of the project and define project objectives, within agreed project management guidelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, milestones, resource allocation, and timeline.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Create support for complete project approach (objectives, planning etc), update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution, involve stakeholders in decision making and build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders
  • Keep up with relevant project management methods and techniques and optimise the implementation of and support for these within the global HR Function of FrieslandCampina
