CMI Manager

As a CMI Manager at FrieslandCampina, you will be part of one of the largest international dairy organization in the world. The Business Group Europe focuses on selling iconic brands in milk, yogurt, cheese, and dairy drinks to consumers across the European market (NL, BE, UK, HU, RO, and GR). Our inspiring and market-leading brand portfolio includes Chocomel, Optimel, Yazoo, NoyNoy, Napolact, and the second largest brand in the Netherlands: Campina!
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Brand, Channel, and Innovation Directors/Managers across various EU countries and brands. You will help drive consumer-centric strategies and strengthen our brands in the daily lives of consumers. As part of the Insights & Analytics team, you will work with specialists to deliver optimal and integrated advice to grow our business. Additionally, you will be the key point of contact for and actively collaborate with a range of external agencies.

To excel in this dynamic and versatile role, you should bring the following:
- A passion for consumers, brands, and data-driven decision-making;
- Over 10 years of experience in a commercial environment as an insight manager or analyst, ideally with experience on both the agency and client sides;
- Strong proficiency in working with continuous data sources like Nielsen, Gfk and brand tracking, as well as (digital) ad hoc research, both qualitative and quantitative. You are adept in various exploratory and validating research methods, knowledgeable about traditional methods, and innovative digital techniques;
- Good people and stakeholder manamgemt skills, strong influencing skills;
- A curious, energetic, and entrepreneurial personality who sees the big picture, contributes to vision-building, and enjoys rolling up your sleeves to execute diverse projects.

- As a CMI Manager, you will be the business partner for the Europe team and Opco managers. You proactively gather data and insights from various sources, connect the dots, and create comprehensive 360-degree insight documents;
- You will inspire and drive the organization to apply this knowledge in strategy, brand building and innovation;
- You will lead the optimization and implementation of ad hoc research methods, including tracking, trends, communication, and U&As. As the go-to person for Insights queries and projects, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of research projects, from liaising with agencies to analysis and presentations. You will actively work together with our Center of Excellence;
- You will organize and/or facilitate presentations and strategic workshops for our business partners, ensuring all available knowledge, insights, and consumer needs are acknowledged and applied;
- You will contribute to the development and impact of the Insights & Analytics team.
