Associate - F&P Maintenance
- On reporting for Shift duty, job holder has to study section logbook to check current progress & any attention required.
- Responsible to solve any problem on Tetra Pak Machine in filling hall and any problem on shrinking machine, Tray Packer etc. in PLE section recording non-conformances.
- To check and replace T.S. Dollies and all critical items timely which are impacting Product Integrity, in case of damage during production.
- To help Tetra Pak Engineer, Technician during Service of machine.
- Responsible for lubricating parts of Tetra Machines according to lubrication schedule.
- To accept additional duties and other tasks in area other than initially assigned for reasons of flexibility and availability of work.
- Responsible to keep the plant ready for production by ensuring smooth running of Filling and packaging machines.
- Responsible for maintaining correct operating parameters for control of filling operations.
- Responsible to supervise assigned trade apprentices.
- Co-ordinate with AM Maintenance F&Ps to reduce the process material losses.
- Co-ordinate in installation / modification of equipment to improve the production process and products.
- Responsible to minimize and control the overhead cost by ensuring machine efficiency.
- Supervise that assigned service providers’ work being carried out smoothly & as per safety & company policy.
- Ensure proper documentation and logging of breakdowns and continuous improvement activities records.
- Job holder will have to take active part in all those activities that contributes towards the corporate goals.
- Assist in preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.
- Maintain records of all Tetra Pack Machines oil consumption
- Responsible to perform weekly service & Preventive Maintenance of Filling & Packaging Machines.
- To provide assistance to AM Maintenance F&P during Trouble Shooting Activities.
- To accept additional duties and other tasks in area other than initially assigned for reasons of flexibility and availability of work.
Ce ne dorim
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Filling & Packaging Maintenance
- Honesty & Decipline
- Participate in innovations, development and improvement initiatives.
- To maintain personal and surrounding hygiene and follow good housekeeping.
- To coordinate with maintenance department for planned / periodic maintenance of equipment.
- To participate in D- level Safety meetings.
- To take proper care and utilization of equipment under use.

- Regulatory Compliance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Procedures
- Job holder is responsible to mark his/her attendance properly as per company procedure.
- Job holder is responsible to apply for leaves as per company policy.
- Job holder has to ensure his necessary inoculations & hygiene check – up should be done as per company policy & procedures.
