HR Manager / Employee Relations Manager

Are you looking for an exciting role within Human resources in the very heart of the organization, right in between the organization & employees? This could be your chance! We are looking for an HR Manager in the field of Employee Relations within Consumer Dairy, based in Düsseldorf (Germany).

In this role, you will report to the HR Business Partner. Your main scope of work will focus on the team in Germany. However, you will also support international locations.

What we ask

  • Academic / Master or Higher Vocational / Applied Sciences/ Bachelor degree
  • >10 years of experience in an HR working environment
  • Specialist in the area of labor or employee relations
  • Fluent in English and German is a must-have
  • Outstanding communication skills, a great listener with impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Team player who enjoys influencing others through a positive attitude and collaborative approach with teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Vacancy description

  • You anticipate in projects as an advisor to the HR Business Partner or line manager
  • Take ownership of the employee relations processes and initiatives
  • Manage relationships between the organization, employees, and other stakeholders like unions, government agencies, and industry associations
  • Optimize our current procedures in supporting the business areas and ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the company
  • Ensure compliance with policies and use easy-to-understand reporting
  • Be the first point of contact for liaising between management and employees
  • You are aware of the business code of conduct and see where local additions are required to be compliant. Actively shares the requirements with key stakeholders;
