What we ask

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable & Collection field within a Shared Service Center or a multinational environment  
Proficiency in English language AND Dutch 
University or college degree 
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills 
Proactive and outcome-focused attitude, eagerness to learn 
Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills 
Results-oriented and customer-oriented 
Confident Excel user 
Ability to adapt to change

Vacancy description

Supporting the Belgian market within the Accounts Receivable team
Managing overdue invoices by contacting the customers and aligning within the sales organization
Coordinating the order release process triggered by overdues and exceeding credit limits
Handling customer queries and driving issue resolution
Rerouting disputes, deducted by customers, within the organization for further follow-up 
Business alignment meetings on overdue status, financial risks and procedures.
Reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports) on relevant financial developments and KPI’s
Managing relationship with external and internal customers (3rd party customers, account managers, sales and finance leadership, customer service, supply team, warehouse etc.)
Managing customer ledger (up-to-date information about overdue items)
Maintaining customer documentation
Initiating Continuous Improvement initiatives
Participating in Cross Functional Projects
