- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or technology consultant, working in an agile organization
- Experience with Distributor Management System, Merchandiser Solution, Trade Promotion System, and Marketing Tools
- Familiarity with Sales & Marketing Operations, analytics, and technologies
- IT project management experience
- Energy to drive change and new ways of thinking
- Experience working in multinational teams

Act as an IT business partner to commercial stakeholders; understand and define, document (and challenge) business requirements and lead the implementation of projects on time and in full.
Influence both OpCo’s commercial stakeholders and relevant Business Group(s) with new opportunities and ideas/art of the possible
Lead project teams for delivering digitalization projects on time, meet project objectives, and within budget
Manage project risks and issues, and ensure corrective actions are in place
Translate requirements between Business and IT, and be a trusted sparring partner and thought leader
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that vendors deliver on their commitments
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including global teams, internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the commercial business processes, including sales, marketing, trade promotion, and budgeting
