Assistant Key Account Manager

  • Develop strategic relationship with key customer he/she owns (flagship store on VIP) based on category, shopper and channel understanding
  • Negotiate and align JBP with key customer, with regular joint reviews on achievements /KPIs
  • Manage customer investment through ROI evaluation and trade terms optimization
  • Effectively plan & monitor business performance
  • Implement brand CRM strategy in line with E-commerce customer
  • Manage daily and mid-term interface with customer
  • Ensure high quality service and optimized shopping experience to key customers/shoppers through cross functional teamwork
  • Distributor operation efficiency management
Assistant Key Account Manager

What we ask

  • Bachelor Degree; CET >=4, good in written and oral English
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of online key account management
  • IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point
  • Familiar with Ecommerce marketplaces and business
  • Proven track record in driving aggressive sales results
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Familiar with in-direct business (distributor model)
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Initiative taking
  • Strong influencing skills, team player
  • Goal oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
