We are looking for a pro-active, result-driven product developer in our R&D team.
As product developer you are responsible for setting-up, performing and reporting of several projects in all phases of excipient development and/or application from concept to commercialization.
Wat we vragen
Pro-active, result-driven, team player.
Academic level in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Material Science, Physical Chemistry, Food/Powder technology, or related.
Fluent in English.
Min. 5 years of experience in formulation of oral solid dosage forms with lactose, microcrystalline cellulose and/or superdisintegrants.
Min. 3 years of experience in research or product development.
Powder characterization experience.

Set-up, plan and execute excipient projects and application studies from concept to commercial production.
Drive and inspire the development of companywide knowledge and expertise.
Reveal and explain mechanistic understanding to management and other stakeholders.
Proactive collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team across different departments
Identify and share trends, risks, and opportunities.
Present your findings in scientific meetings.
Orchestrating planning, execution and completion of projects, ensuring goals are met on time in full.

The work location is at the Novio Tech campus in Nijmegen (The Netherlands).
Incidental traveling to production locations and customers belongs to the job.
