Governance and Technology Specialist
Join our Governance and Technology team and play a pivotal role in driving enhancements that strengthen RFC’s ‘In Control’ initiatives. Contribute to key activities such as control insight development, ITACs (IT Application Controls), Segregation of Duties management, control optimization, and in-depth risk analyses.
Lead the testing, implementation, refinement, and reporting of Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) controls, aligning with RFC’s ‘In Control’ methodology. Collaborate with stakeholders to address identified exceptions, ensuring timely development and execution of improvement actions that enhance CCM insights.
Support data governance efforts by fostering the creation of business insights in a controlled and reliable manner, enabling informed decision-making and driving organizational success.
Wat we vragen
We are looking for a motivated professional with:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, IT, or a related field (EDP Auditor qualification a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in a global corporate environment or consulting/audit firm.
- Strong technical knowledge in CCM, data analytics (SQL), and BI/dashboarding (preferably SAP).
- Familiarity with IT systems and controls such as Segregation of Duties, ITACs, and application controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken).
- A strong ethical foundation and a commitment to confidentiality.

As for the employment benefits:
- Salary between €4,350 and €5,900 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% bonus, and a pension;
